Get your digital certificate of owner’s community in 4 steps:
- Add the Procedure to the cart and complete the purchase.
- Fill in the requested data and attach the necessary documents in the “Attach File” field.
- Make the payment and you will receive an email with proof of your procedure.
- Once processed, AEMTIA will contact you to sign the Digital Certificate in person with us or at any other verification point we will provide.
Files to attach
- Deed of incorporation of the Community of Owners.
- NIF card of the Community of Owners.
- Copy of the President’s ID.
- Act stating the position of president (usually coincides with the last act made by the community of owners).
