The digital certificate of commercial companies is the electronic document that allows the online authentication of a company through its representative (administrator, proxy, chairman of the board of directors, etc.). Its use is mandatory with most public bodies in order to carry out procedures, submit taxes, fiscal matters and comply with legal obligations. In addition, all companies are required to register with the DEHú to receive electronic notifications, and the digital certificate is necessary to be authorized. This certificate is valid for entities with NIF letters A (stock companies), B (limited liability companies).

Years of validity *

Certificates are valid for 1 year by default. For each additional year, the price will increase by €46.39 plus VAT.

Simple note in the Commercial Register *

An extra fee is charged for obtaining the simple note in the Mercantile Registry, in order to accredit the current validity of the administrator position. If the simple note contains a lot of information (more than 2 representatives, several proxies, etc.) the price may be higher than stipulated. In this case, the difference will be billed additionally once the procedure has been completed.

Files to attach:

- Copy of the DNI of the administrator/s on both sides. In case of powers of attorney, the same.
