Data Analysis Advisory Service (Advanced)

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Our plan is designed specifically for SMEs that already have a basic data analysis system and require a more advanced one, adapted to their business needs.

ACTIVITIES:

RESULTS:

1) Creation of a centralized database: The database created along with two essential documents:
○ Design of the created architecture that includes: its diagrams, table structuring, relationships between entities, primary and foreign keys, along with other relevant elements.
○ Analysis of the data loading and transformation process, detailing the procedures carried out to load the data and perform the transformations prior to loading. This document will contemplate an action plan to replicate the processes implemented in the future.

2) Training in the use of data exploitation tools:
○ Manual for the use of tools where the visualization of
data and KPIs, including:
▪ Instructions explaining step by step how to use the tool. HE
will indicate how to access said tool, how to navigate through its interface
user, how to customize existing visualizations, and how to filter and transform the
data in cases where it is desired and possible.
▪ Practical examples that illustrate how to use the tool, identify patterns and
trends in visualizations and make smart decisions based on data.
▪ Guide that guarantees the safety of the tool and where a plan is specified
mitigation of the detected risks.

3) Use case: Implementation of KPIs.
● Report with detailed schematics, technical specifications and generated data visualization, including:
○ The configuration of the personalized dashboard created for data visualization, along with the monitoring of the implemented KPIs that allow tracking of these.
○ Functional summary of the KPI visualization structure, including the data origin of the KPIs, and the processing of the data until the final visualization.
○ The description of the configurations of each component, as well as the details of the technologies used in the implementation of software, servers, programs and other tools used positive and/or negative of these (e.g. precise, redundant, difficult to measure , etc.).
○ Proposal for the creation of new KPIs: Propose the creation of KPIs based on the analysis carried out. These KPIs will have to be completely detailed, including, at a minimum: (1) specific calculation formulas for each KPI, (2) constructed metrics, and (3) variables involved in their calculation.

LIMITATIONS:

– The contracting of this advisory service can only be formalized if the beneficiary has previously formalized an Agreement for the Provision of the Data Analysis Advisory Service (basic level).
– The provision of this service must begin after the completion and presentation of the supporting documentation for the Data Analysis Consulting service. (Basic level).
