SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Our plan is designed for SMEs that need a tailored approach to data analysis. We evaluate the necessary investment and measures to adopt effective data extraction and analysis processes.

ACTIVITIES:

RESULTS:

1) Definition of quality policies and procedures:
○ Standardization of formats: Definition of standard formats for data such as dates, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.
○ Cleanliness: Identification of possible data entry errors, such as duplicate or incorrect data. Examples of techniques will be provided to deal with these cases efficiently and accurately.
○ Coherence: Definition of quality control mechanisms.
○ Data structuring: Establish the use of data modeling standards,
such as the entity-relationship model (MER).
○ Data privacy: Explain the importance of compliance with current legal regulations in data governance, such as the RGPD.

3) Based on the market analysis, recommendations will be provided for the tools that best adapt to the company, specifically highlighting the specific reasons for such recommendations.
– Use case: Definition of business KPIs or support areas (HR,
economic, etc.):
● Dossier with the analysis of current KPIs, including:
○ Analysis of current KPIs: Review of the current KPIs used by the SME in
different areas (finance, sales, etc.).
○ Identification of improvements: Identify useful KPIs, highlighting the qualities positive and/or negative of these (e.g. precise, redundant, difficult to measure, etc.).
○ Proposal for the creation of new KPIs: Propose the creation of KPIs based on the analysis carried out. These KPIs will have to be completely detailed, including, at a minimum: (1) specific calculation formulas for each KPI, (2) constructed metrics, and (3) variables involved in their calculation.
