1. Understanding
Understanding the strategic goals, key points and objectives of the SME and align them with a focus on digitalization, use of artificial intelligence and improvement of their business processes.
2. Analyze
Analyze the business processes that the SME currently carries out, to Identify areas that could benefit from improvements.
3. Communication
Effectively communicate to employees the strategic relevance of the digitization of processes, highlighting how this not only optimizes daily work, but also strengthens competitiveness.
4. Advice
Specialized advice on business process management tools, ranging from sales and human resources to project management, and highlighting specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
5. Development and use cases
Development and execution of a use case adapted to the business using the appropriate techniques for optimizing a business process.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of business processes or, where appropriate, production processes.
RESULTS:
1) Understanding and commitment of staff in the digitalization of processes, fostering an organizational culture that values and promotes innovation and improvement continue.
● Recommendations for digitalization, automation through intelligence artificial and standardization of business processes, with recommendations on:
○ Business process automation tools.
○ Emerging technologies and trends in the field of business digitalization.
○ Business management systems (ERP).
● Support in the design of key metrics and evaluation of results to measure the impact of the improvements implemented in business processes in order to Identify additional areas of improvement.
2) Use case: Analysis of two specific SME business processes and advantages of optimizing them through the use of automation tools.
● Identification of business-critical business processes that can benefit from optimization.
● Evaluation of automation tools, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, which may also include business process management (BPM) software, inventory management systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
